  • Rental payments may be check or cash only
  • Deposits must be check only
  • Please remit payments to Glasscock County
  • A deposit and properly filled out applications must be submitted before a booking is fully secured
  • Keys can be checked out at the Extension Office one business day prior to the scheduled event and brought back the following business day along with a signed cleaning checklist
  • All cancellations must be given with at least 24 hours prior notice before event or rental payment will be forfeited with no credits or refunds
