A deposit and properly filled out applications must be submitted before a booking is fully secured
Keys can be checked out at the Extension Office one business day prior to the scheduled event and must be brought back the following business day along with a signed cleaning checklist.
All cancellations must be given with at least 24 hours notice prior to the event or rental payment will be forfeited with no credits or refunds.
